This Fee Schedule forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, the Payment Policy and Seller Agreement. Capitalised terms have the meanings given in those documents.
1. Platform Fee Model Overview
Aussie Card Traders operates as a marketplace facilitating transactions between Buyers and Sellers of Trading Card Game (TCG) products.
- No Listing Fees: Sellers may list, modify, renew, or relist items at no cost.
- Fees are incurred only upon a successful Transaction.
2. Marketplace Commission
- 3.7% Marketplace Commission per completed Transaction
- This commission includes all payment processing fees.
- Calculated on the Item Sale Price only, excluding:
- Shipping or postage charges
- Taxes, duties, or government charges (if applicable)
- The commission is automatically deducted prior to settlement, and Sellers receive the net amount after deduction.
3. Transaction Fees
- All payment processing fees are incorporated into the 3.7% commission.
- Sellers are not charged additional fees by the platform beyond the 3.7% per Transaction.
- The platform supports multiple payment methods, including:
- Credit and Debit Cards
- PayPal
- PayID
- Other approved payment methods
- Settlement timing and fund availability are governed by the Payment Policy and the relevant payment provider’s terms.

5. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Disputes
- Marketplace commissions may be reversed or adjusted where a Transaction is cancelled or refunded in accordance with the Seller Agreement and Dispute Process.
- Since transaction fees are included in the 3.7% commission, no separate payment processing refunds are applicable unless determined by the platform.
6. Changes to Fees
Aussie Card Traders may amend this Fee Schedule at any time in accordance with the Seller Agreement. Any changes:
- Will be published on the Site
- Will apply prospectively only
- Will not affect completed Transactions
7. Governing Documents
This Fee Schedule is governed by and subordinate to:
- Seller Agreement
- Payment Policy
- Terms & Conditions
In the event of inconsistency, the Seller Agreement prevails.
